Pre Purchase Instructions

1. Postage is excluded from the price stated. Your package will be sent from Taiwan to your address through the post office. The postage will be collected before we send your package.

2. Please note that refunds are only available within the pre-order period, subject to a 5% service fee.

After the pre-order period, refunds are NOT supported.3. We accept payments in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD), Singapore Dollars (SGD), Chinese Yuan (CNY), and Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). If you opt to use a credit card, there will be a separate link for your payment and an additional 0.5% processing fee added to the total order amount.
